Customer Reviews

The print quality is exceptional and all that need be known about how to operate this printer/scanner is in the accompanying User's Manual. I had failed to completely read it and had written a 1 star review. Both Amazon and Brother responded within the hour with helpful and kind advice. Thank you to both Amazon and Brother.

Maybe everyone else knows this but I was wrong when I thought "wifi" meant I could plug it in, download drivers, and print. IMHO, it should say "wifi compatible" which just means you can plug it into your wifi server/network. Thank goodness I have one but finding space for this large (reasonably, given it prints 11x17) printer near my wifi network server is not something I realized I had to consider when I bought the product. Don't buy it unless you have plenty of space near your wifi network server.
